A Step into the Future

The new school year is approaching quickly, which means that this is a very busy time for the teachers of Mazzalves Primary School as they prepare to enrich pupils’ store of knowledge with full energy.

To make the learning process more successful, it is important to develop one’s own knowledge and share experience with colleagues from other schools. Therefore, early on 20 August, the Mazzalves staff travelled to Aizkraukle for the “A Step into the Future” educators’ conference, organised by the Aizkraukle Municipality Education Administration.

High-quality, modern and practically useful content was offered in lectures at Aizkraukle Cultural Centre by psychologist Dace Medne and scientist, writer and teacher Māra Ozola. Educational practical workshops at Aizkraukle Secondary School, led by specialists from different fields, gave teachers material that will help them maintain calm and energy and make the learning process easier throughout the school year.
