Ērberģe Manor
Ērberģe Manor complex from above.
A manor where the era of the barons and everyday school life live under one roof.
Built in 1868, the manor house now accommodates Mazzalve Primary School. During school holidays and at weekends, visitors can rediscover its earlier life on guided tours where the estate’s history comes alive through the stories of barons and other historical characters.
The history of Ērberģe Manor reaches back to the 15th century. It was once known as Taube Manor and, from 1806, belonged to the von Hahn family. In the park stands an oak more than 300 years old, with several walking routes—Baron’s Path, Blue Lady’s Path, Herdsman’s Path, Youth Path and others—leading towards the Suseja River.
Guided tours must be booked in advance by telephone.
